1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

Certain products such as disposable vapes, e-liquids, hemp products, kratom, and legal mushroom products may be non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons unless defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

3. Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
